Meet Paul
Registered PolysomnographicTechnologist
After spending many years in the automotive industry, Paul decided to pursue a new career strategy. In 2011, he began working at McLaren Macomb as a registered polysomnographic technologist at the McLaren Macomb Sleep Center.
In his current position as a lead technologist in the Sleep Center, Paul is committed to always providing the highest quality care and education to all of our patients. "Always listening to each patient. Let them know you understand their need to get healthy. Encouraging them that through education, treatment and compassionate care you will help them accomplish their goal."
Paul believes the secret to his own personal job satisfaction entails, "Surrounding yourself with people that can support you when you need it and take time to celebrate personal and team successes. This would be the advice I would give to new employees as well."
Being part of a successful work unit is equally important as Paul exclaims, "Words cannot express how grateful and proud I am to be a part of such a dedicated group of professionals." As he strives and plans to exceed patient needs, Paul describes patient satisfaction as "that moment when you know you and your team have not only helped the patient achieve their goals, but also exceeded their expectations."
Paul and his wonderful wife of 18 years live in Port Huron. Together, they have two beautiful daughters, Natalie Lou and Emma Lee.
