An interactive, hands-on childbirth class to educate you about your options, build your confidence, and to empower you to have the safest, most satisfying birth experience. This class will cover information on the process of labor and birth, relaxation techniques, pain medications, and other coping measures. This class will also discuss possible procedures, interventions, cesarean birth, and postpartum recovery.
We suggest that the ideal time to take classes is during an expectant parent's third trimester. Classes will help prepare you for welcoming your new baby into your family.
Registration and online payment are required. The registration fee includes the expectant parent and one support person. Register the expectant parent only.
