McLaren Flint outpatient physical therapy has three convenient locations to serve you, in Flint, Davison, and Flushing. We specialize in rehabilitation services for all orthopedic conditions, including those sustained by athletes and physically active individuals. The center offers comprehensive physical therapy and sports medicine programs to aid in the prevention, diagnosis, and care of orthopedic injuries.
McLaren Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine specializes in all orthopedic conditions, including, total joint replacement (knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle); ACL reconstruction; ankle, hip, shoulder, and knee sprains / strains; and neck and back injuries. These injuries can be a result of ordinary wear and tear, work related accidents, motor vehicle accidents, or playing sports.

McLaren Flint’s Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, located on the 4th floor of the north building within McLaren Flint Hospital, is a 22 bed, state -of-the-art program. Our unit offers spacious rooms, treatment, and activity areas, designed to be as close to home-like as possible. Our inpatient rehabilitation team is made up of physiatrists, who specialize in physical medicine and rehabilitation, nurses, nurse aides, physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, certified occupational therapist assistants, social workers, and speech language pathologists. We offer the SafeGait 360 Balance and Mobility Trainer system, providing body-weight support and fall protections to promote early mobility, patient confidence and faster recovery. McLaren Flint is home to 1 of only 3 systems currently in the state of Michigan, with another located at our sister unit at McLaren Macomb.
