COVID-19 Vaccine Information

Our clinic is not expected to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. To ensure we are able to provide the highest level of care to our patients, please do not call the office to inquire about vaccine availability at this time. The high number of these calls are impeding us from addressing patients with immediate medical needs. Any COVID-19 vaccinations taking place through McLaren will be as separate clinics from our physician practices.

Visitor Restrictions

In an effort maintain a safe environment for our patients and staff, McLaren Medical Group is limiting the number of visitors to our facilities.

  • At this time, each patient is asked to limit those accompanying them on appointments to one healthy adult.
  • The accompanying person should be essential in the patient’s plan of care, transport and/or communication. If a support person is not necessary, patients are asked to attend their visit alone.

COVID-19 Testing Process

Follow the process below after your physician or advanced practitioner has ordered a COVID-19 test.

  1. Arriving for your COVID-19 diagnostic test

    Arrive at testing location with physician order for COVID-19 test

  2. Remain in your car and call the office

    You will be instructed to park in a designated area and asked the make, model, and color of your vehicle.

  3. Have your ID and insurance card ready

    A health care provider will come to your car to conduct a nasal swab test

  4. Return home

    Return home and stay-in-place while awaiting further instructions from your physician. Your physician will receive the results within 48 hours of your test and follow up with you.
