Boulder Park Terrace, an affiliate of McLaren Northern Michigan, has received an overall 5-Star Nursing Home Quality Rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Nursing homes are rated in four different categories including health inspection, RN staffing, staffing, and quality measures, and then given an overall rating. Boulder Park Terrace was not only given a 5-star rating but is also in the top 10 percent of Michigan nursing homes.

Boulder Park Terrace is a 61-bed skilled eldercare nursing home and sub-acute rehabilitation center. The facility, a partnership between McLaren Northern Michigan and Munson Healthcare Charlevoix Hospital, is ideal for patients in need of a short-stay rehabilitation or long-term nursing care.
