PATIENT ENTRY PROTOCOL
Per Governor Whitmer's Executive Order all individuals must be screened before entering any health care facility. When you arrive at a McLaren facility you will be asked several screening questions before entering the building. You will be asked to put on a mask before entering the building.
PETOSKEY ENTRANCES FOR PATIENTS

• Hospital Main Entrance - Radiology and Imaging patients should enter the hospital through the Hospital Main Entrance
• Emergency Department - all patients entering through this area will receive a temperature reading and pulse oxygen reading
• Valet Service in Petoskey is no longer available until further notice

PUBLIC COVID TESTING AVAILABLE - PETOSKEY & GAYLORD
McLaren Northern Michigan is offering COVID testing for community members who have a lab order from their primary care provider or specialist. This is not a walk-in service. The lab order will be received by one of the following locations and they will call the patient to schedule a testing time. The testing locations are:

Effective April 6 - May 29, Karmanos Cancer Institute offices are open as follows:

• Petoskey Infusion Center open Monday – Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Radiation Therapy open Monday – Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

OUTPATIENT REHABILITATION SERVICES
Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy
Closed until further notice in Petoskey, Cheboygan, and Gaylord.
SLEEP SERVICES*
The Center for Pulmonary and Sleep will continue operations while transitioning as much of their practice to telemedicine as possible.
• Lab sleep services will be suspended until May 4
• PFT labs will continue to operate
• Outpatient EEG: CLOSED
• Inpatient EEG: No change
RADIOLOGY/ IMAGING PATIENT ENTRY
Radiology and imaging patients should enter the hospital through the Main Lobby Entrance.
ADDITIONAL CLOSURES & RESTRICTIONS
• John and Marnie Demmer Wellness Pavilion non-patient care activities have been suspended, including exercise classes, support groups, and colleague use of gym.
• Petoskey Walking Track and Colleague Fitness Room are closed.
• Cheboygan Campus walking track and fitness room are closed except for patient care needs.
