McLaren CareNow at Walgreens, now open in Fenton, is an all-in-one, on-demand health care service delivered in one convenient location. From urgent care, lab testing, and prioritized pharmacy services, McLaren registered nurses and nurse practitioners provide patients with the right care, right now.
McLaren CareNow clinics provide fast, high-quality, and cost-effective care for minor illnesses, injuries, wellness physicals, health screenings, vaccinations, and a wide variety of lab tests-many that you can receive results for immediately-including a rapid PCD COVID/Flu test. Offering care for cough, colds, sore throats, ear infections, pink eye, sinus infections, sprains, and more, a basic visit costs $75, and insurance is accepted.
McLaren CareNow is a unique care model and truly a one-stop shop where patients can receive treatment, lab testing, and prescriptions on demand from registered nurses working at the top of their license with a virtually located nurse practitioner through state-of-the-art tele-diagnostic equipment. The Fenton clinic is the first of 11 locations slated to open by the end of 2021 entering the retail health space that consumers are increasingly demanding. These locations include Petoskey, Mt. Pleasant, Midland, Lansing, Okemos, Rochester Hills, Lake Orion, Bad Axe, and Davison.
This clinic is the culmination of more than two years of extensive work on this Michigan-exclusive retail partnership with Walgreens.
