McLaren Health Care Listed Among Newsweek’s “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity”

McLaren Health Care, the three-state comprehensive health care providers and health plan, has been included among “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity” from Newsweek.

Companies included on the list are those that “nurture an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued” — ideologies that result in enhanced job satisfaction and reducing turnover rates.

The second of what has become an annual list, Newsweek and Plant-A Insights reviewed 1.5 million companies across 78 industries, interviewing human resources professionals and analyzing online surveys to gauge workplace culture, working environments, among various other aspects of the organization.

“Building a diverse and inclusive environment throughout our organization creates a culture where everyone feels valued and empowered for success,” said Kimberly Keaton Williams, McLaren Health Care Chief Diversity Officer and Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development. “We place high priority on fostering our team’s sense of belonging at McLaren, knowing that engaged and satisfied employees are the foundation for delivering high quality care to the communities we serve.”

Through its diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, McLaren Health Care is committed to driving positive change throughout the organization by providing all staff with opportunities to engage, grow, and lead.
