Spring your diabetes care into action

Port Huron, MI – McLaren Port Huron Diabetes Education will present Spring Into Action Your Diabetes Care on Tuesday, April 10, 1:30 – 3 p.m. in the McLaren Port Huron Duffy Classrooms.

Participants will learn about the various diabetes medications that are currently on the market and how they should be taken, along with their possible side effects. This discussion will be led by a McLaren pharmacist.  A registered dietitian will discuss healthy eating tips, as well as provide a healthy spring recipe for everyone to sample. An exercise specialist will demonstrate how activity can be helpful as well as fun. Certified diabetes educators will be available to answer your diabetes questions.
