Port Huron, MI – Susan Collier-Pauly has been named the Employee of the Month for March. Collier-Pauly has worked at McLaren Port Huron for 14 years, and is currently a
housekeeping aide.
Collier-Pauly was nominated by her peers because she embodies the values of McLaren Port Huron. Her cleaning and customer service is second to none. She always goes above and beyond, helping her coworkers to make sure bed throughput is done in a timely manner for our patients. Her patients appreciate her smile and sense of humor. Collier-Pauly always asks patients if there is anything she can do for them before leaving their room. She is a true asset to the hospital and her department.
