McLaren Caro Region announces that Yvonne Vandecar, RN, BSN has recently been named their new Director of Nursing. Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Davenport University. She has 17 years of experience in the healthcare field, working as Registered Nurse, Nurse Educator, Nurse Coordinator, Trauma Manager and most recently a Nurse Manager.
Yvonne lives here in Caro with her husband Derek and together they have five children and two grandchildren. In her new role, she will oversee organizational and operational aspects of the Pharmacy, Social Services, Senior Life Solutions, Nursing Informatics, Medical/Surgical, OR, and Emergency Departments within McLaren Caro Region.
