Dr. Alshabani is board-certified in interventional pulmonary. He completed his internal medicine residency at Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University and his pulmonary critical care fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. He also completed a fellowship in interventional pulmonary at the Harvard Program (Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Massachusetts General Hospital). Dr. Alshabani treats a plethora of conditions, including lung nodules, airway obstruction, and pleural effusion. He also offers many procedures, such as robotic bronchoscopy, airway tumor ablation, airway stent placement, and pleural catheter placement.
