About

Dr. Elayoubi completed a hematology and oncology fellowship at Michigan State University with a breast sub-specialty focus. She is excited to pursue her career at Karmanos Cancer Center in the Breast Multidisciplinary Team. With an Arabic background, she has had more exposure to Arabic patients, both in America and in her home country of Egypt, via e-consultations. This clinical exposure has her interested in studying multiple aspects of breast cancer in patients of Middle Eastern background including genetics, behavioral patterns, chemotherapy tolerance and toxicity in Arabic patients, etc.
