Jacob S. Parzen, M.D. is a radiation oncologist at the Karmanos Cancer Institute at McLaren Macomb, Port Huron and Clarkston locations. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Chicago in Chicago, IL, and medical training at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, NY. He then completed his internship and residency in radiation oncology at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Parzen treats all cancers and is committed to a patient-centered approach. He has expertise in intensity-modulated radiation therapy, image-guided radiotherapy, radiosurgery and brachytherapy. He has also published numerous scientific articles in leading radiation journals and has garnered many accolades for his research.
