Adam Roth, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant bringing expertise in hand and upper extremity care at McLaren Northern Michigan, where he provides comprehensive treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
A Petoskey native, Adam earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Western Michigan University's Lee Honors College before completing his Master of Science in Medicine in Physician Assistant Studies at Western Michigan University in 2021. His clinical training included over 1,800 hours across multiple specialties, and he has completed advanced orthopedic training at Arthrex Headquarters in Naples, Florida.
Adam's practice encompasses comprehensive orthopedic evaluations, surgical assistance, and both operative and non-operative treatment of hand and upper extremity conditions. Adams’ expertise in managing conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, fractures, tendon injuries, arthritis, and other disorders affecting the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder, providing care from initial diagnosis through recovery.
Guided by a patient-centered philosophy, Adam incorporates each patient's medical history, lifestyle, and personal circumstances into individualized treatment plans. He emphasizes transparent communication and believes in empowering patients to be active participants in their care decisions. Adam is an active member of the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and practicing martial arts.
