Persivia Education

If you do not have a log-in for Persivia and did not watch the Persivia Educational module on our website, please follow these steps:

• Watch the Persivia Education module here: https://www.mclaren.org/mclaren-physician-partners/persiva-login
• Submit your attestation survey underneath the video using the “Click here for your Persivia Education log-in information” button
• Please allow up to 30 days for Persivia to send your log-in information. Your username will be the email you use for the MPP website.
• If you already watched the Persivia education module and did not receive your log-in, please contact your regional quality staff or mppquality@mclaren.org
