Visitor Restrictions

In response to the current COVID-19 situation in our community,

  • All visitors will be screened when entering an MMG clinic to verify they do not have signs or symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Physical distancing of six feet continues for patients, visitors and staff.
  • Visitors must wear a face mask covering both nose and mouth at all times during the visit.
  • Outpatients who have an appointment within the hospital or medical office building, such as office visit, lab draw, diagnostic imaging test or a procedure without anesthesia/sedation, may have one visitor IF they require assistance.
  • Visitors will be asked to leave the facility and wait in their car if:
    • They exhibit COVID-19 symptoms.
    • They are non-compliant with mask and social distancing requirements.

Vaccinating for COVID-19 will reduce the instance of patients and healthcare workers with symptoms and potentially spreading SARS-CoV2. COVID-19 vaccines are strongly encouraged for patients, visitors and anyone who works in health care.
