All marketing materials must be approved prior to advertising. Please submit any marketing materials to the IPCE department for approval ([email protected]).
Cancellation/Refund Policies
CANCELLATIONS: MHC IPCE Division reserves the right to cancel any educational program. Registered participants will be notified up to one day in advance if a cancellation or change occurs. MHC IPCE Division is not responsible for costs or loss of time that may occur as the result of a cancellation. Registration fees will be refunded for any educational program cancelled by MHC IPCE Division.
REFUND POLICY: Registrants for a McLaren Healthcare (MHC) Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) program must submit requests for refunds in writing via email to the MHC activity contact. Requests for refunds must be in writing at least ten (10) business days prior to the program and will be eligible for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Refund requests received less than ten (10) business days prior to the program will not qualify for a refund of the registration fees.
REFUND POLICY FOR ON-DEMAND WEBINARS: MHC IPCE Division charges a 10% processing fee for the cancellation of any on-demand webinar.
