On the day of the CE activity, you will be provided a code to complete the evaluation and verify attendance. Please note that to ensure and verify actual attendance, activity codes are only valid for 30 days from the start of the meeting. If you did not receive an Activity Code on the day of the event, please contact your activity coordinator.
