The Foundation has annual special events for the purpose of fundraising, building awareness and thanking our donors and community members. It is also a great opportunity for local businesses to support the Foundation while marketing their organizations.
Dinner Around the World
2026 Date: Thursday, March 12, 2026
Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bay City - Riverfront | One Wenonah Park Place Bay City, MI 48708
Description: Event includes authentic cuisine from ten countries, live and silent auctions with over 100 exciting items to bid on, raffle drawings and cultural entertainment.
Audience: Community supporters, physicians and employees of McLaren Bay Region.
Expected Attendance: 350-400

Golf for Life Classic
2026 Date: Wednesday, August 6, 2025
Time: Shotgun Start at 9:00 am
Location: Maple Leaf Golf Course, Linwood, MI
Description: 18-hole morning and afternoon scramble that includes continental breakfast, lunch at the turn and dinner. Prizes for contest holes and hole in ones along with team prizes for men, women and mixed teams. Also includes on-course refreshments.
Audience: Corporate and local businesses and golf enthusiasts, administration, physicians and board members of McLaren Bay Region.
Expected Attendance: 192
