US-127 Construction Project Affecting Traffic Around McLaren Greater Lansing Hospital Campus
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) US-127/I-496 and I-96 to I-496 reconstruction project is a major project that will impact the routes to access the McLaren Greater Lansing Hospital campus. McLaren has worked closely with MDOT to ensure the hospital campus remains easily accessible for our patients and visitors.
Here's what to know to help you prepare for your upcoming visit:
March 11 through November
- Northbound (NB) lanes will be under construction. All traffic traveling north and south will be utilizing the southbound (SB) side of the highway.
- The NB ramp to Dunckel Road will be temporarily closed March-June 2024. Please follow the posted detour routes provided by MDOT.
- Please note the SB Dunckel Road exit will always remain open and accessible during this timeline.
Our patients and visitors are a top priority. Our hospital campus will always remain open and accessible during this project.
